"Went to order ALL FLATS had to tell Inecia 2x through the bullet proof glass all Flats. The music was blasting so no wonder she couldn't hear. Got home and what did I have 4 flats and 6 drums for $20. So I call and the night manager Leslie says bring them back. I said are you going.to cover my gas cost there and back to fix a mistake your worker made? No. How about I order a drink on Door dash and you send it that way. Okay but you need to bring the wings back. So I have to come across town to fix a mistake your cashier made? Are you going to give me $10 for gas? No. Then why should I pay $30 for 10 wings? 20 for the wings and $10 in gas? She hung up.on me with no resolve. Asked for the franchise owner name Peter with no number to contact him. Is this the policy because we are in a black neighborhood? One has to ask."

"This restaurant has been a great addition to the neighborhood. No one in my family has been disappointed with anything we have ordered. When placing an order for pick up, the service has been top-notch. The atmosphere is calm as there is no indoor seating. You order your food and go. In the late afternoon/ evening, you will see many delivery folks from @ubereats and doordash and the like waiting outside to pick up orders. I like that wingstop secures the orders by taping the bags shut."

"I gave it a 2-star rating because the food was so salty, and I found chicken feathers on my wings, which was quite unpleasant. It made me question if the chicken was properly cleaned. Definitely not going back."
