"When I walked in I was warmly greeted by Jamesly. He helped find the prefect shoe for an occasion I was attending. He was very nice and knowledgeable on shoes in the store. He even helped size my foot just so the shoe will fit perfect. He took his time and made sure the shoe I got was good for the occasion I was attending. "I called this location looking for a sneaker. I spoke with John. I explained it was 60 miles each way for me to travel. They did not have the sneakers but he went above and beyond to locate the sneakers for me. I told him I had called all the closer journeys locations. He checked on line and even called journeys kids (I didn't realize they were different stores) and had them put on hold for me at a location closer to me. John was phenomenal and definitely went above and beyond what was expected of him. I can't thank him enough."
"First off, they never seem to have the size you’re looking for, must be my luck. Last time I was in there they kinda just looked at me even though there were several of them behind the registers doing nothing but talking. The bigger guy which i assume is the manager seems to hate his job and doesn’t help the newer employees it also seems like they get offended when you don’t buy anything. I’ll do my best to not come here anymore because clearly they’re not welcoming of any customers."
