"I traveled a pretty far distance to check out the Veja store in Brooklyn, and I’m stoked that it was one of the most brulliant shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Orlando totally impressed me with his professionalism, patience, and honest feedback. But, it was his deep knowledge of Veja’s entire shoe lines and understanding how to properly fit a shoe for my specific feet that truly stood out. His kindness and easy-going, mature way of interacting made the shopping seamless and honestly a super rare experince. Tariq popped into our conversation about the shoes I was trying, and his warm and friendly opinion really blew me away. Both men delivered a badass 5-star experience that made the entire visit memorable. The store’s cleanliness and Zen like simplicity also contributed significantly to the upscale, art gallery-like atmosphere. Every corner was immaculately kept, with a clear, uncluttered layout that made browsing their eco-friendly lines a pleasure. With the help of Orlando and Tariq, I landed on the V-90, which turned out to be the best fitting and most comfortable shoe for me. Their expertise in navigating Veja’s extensive offerings ensured that I left with a pair that was stylish and exceptionally comfortable. The store itself was awesome, reminiscent of an art gallery, beautifully showcasing Veja’s commitment to detailed craftsmanship and creating shoes as works of art. I hope Veja’s upper management sees this review! Orlando and Tariq are both rare quality employees in my experience. Give those men a raise! They truly set a high standard for customer care. I’ll definitely be back, and because of this experience, I feel even more inspired to expand my personal Veja collection. I’ll absolutely be sharing with my global community about the quality and the extraordinary efforts this company goes to in their pursuit of ethical sourcing and eco-mindedness."

Within a week, they were back to looking beautiful and like new! While I didn’t purchase anything from this store, I will say that both times I visited (to drop off and pick up), everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful."
