"First time shopping here and last time purchasing here. The customer service is horrendous. Don't know his name, unfortunately......I arrived for a pick up that was ordered via mobile on 11 August at 19:00. As a plus to point out that he barely knows how to utilize or process a pick-up order. Stating I have to press a confirmation? Then, it looks as if I was stupid. No store ever asked such thing, and there is no option either."

"If it was possible I would give negative stars!!! Very poor poor customer service I don’t know her name but glasses and grey hair. Tried to upsell every possible attachment, upgrade, warranty and membership program they offer. I respectfully declined and her attitude after that was sour and sarcastic. Just to diffuse the situation I paid for the console and left without my questions being answered after waiting an hour from the time arriving to the end of purchase from the fact that they close the doors for their 45 min lunch and her being overly talkative with other customers about personal interests took forever. While waiting in line to checkout I overheard the associate declining a call on the business phone because it was someone interested in employment and asking about the status of their application, if they are so understaffed I would think they would be quick to take action a hire more people. Overall dissatisfied with this location and that particular associate."
"Sold my old xbox. Customer service was great. Got a decent price for something I never use. Tried to upsell me on pro-membership - but not overly so. No other upsells (Thankfully). Overall great experience."
