"Just wanted to share some love for the 242 UPS branch– it's seriously the best! I've always had a ton of packages to send (both personal returns and business shipments) and this place just makes the whole process so smooth and fast. Also, shoutout to Jesse – the man is a legend. Always on top of things, super quick, and mega efficient. But even when I get a different team member, they're still super fast compared to other UPS joints. (*cough cough the Spring branch*) So yeah, I prefer this branch over the one by my work because everyone tries to get you out of there as fast as possible. And about those negative reviews mentioning Destiny– I don't get it? I've had nothing but positive interactions with her. She's always kind and ready to help. Honestly, I've had ZERO bad experiences with any staff member in this branch actually. Kudos to the entire team!"

He was very cooperative to my suggestions and very competent, and was fast and friendly. The store has good hours and products. It’s worth trying to find a parking space. I would come back again based on this visit. Thank you."
