"Went in for a quote. While waiting I needed to potty (old lady bladder). They do not allow paying customers to use their bathroom, so on that note, I opted to not do business with them. I have had continuous coverage with State Farm, became recently widowed. Decided to check around to see if I could save money on insurance. I will continue to look for other options, but I absolutely will not do business with a place that has a restroom and won't allow their customers to use when urgent."
