"Wanted a simple service to unlock laptop and or assist retrieval of photos from a dying Windows 7 laptop. Heavy push to pay $39.95 a month for coverage of all my computer and phone devices. Stated again...just need simple 1 time assistance. For $480 a year I can buy a new laptop and phone. No help offered...blamed it on Covid 19, but a simple dial in would have fixed me, contact free repair was possible. Went home, Googled issue, and was up and running in 5 minutes. Fixed myself."
