He even took the time to give me a tutorial and tips for how to get the most out of my vacuum before I left the store. I never thought buying a vacuum could be so much fun! He provides exceptional service and a great atmosphere. If you are thinking about purchasing a new vacuum, do yourself a favor and buy it here. Miele will not guarantee their products unless you buy them from an authorized dealer and Greg makes it worth every penny. As a bonus, he offers loaner vacuums if yours is in the shop for a repair. My vacuum is still working perfectly, but I learned this while he was assisting other customers when I was there."
