"bad place to deliver. They will tell you that your app is at a certain time, but the whole time they will just watch you waiting for them in their yard. They will not unload you until you tell them several times. They are slow."

"Sean Honan at the front counter is the guy you wanna talk to. Very knowledgeable and great attitude. I exclusively goto him whenever I'm getting material. They also have reasonable material prices."

"Counter people are not customer oriented, people answering phones are incompetent. I called asking for liquid seal flex conduit. They said they had 3 feet, person went and checked and visually confirmed that it was there before I came down to get it. I was told yes that he visually confirmed that they had it. so I drove 20 miles to get it. When. I got there the counter person told me that it showed they had 3 feet, he went to go get it and told me it was no there. When I told them the person on the phone told me they visually confirmed 3 feet was on the roll the counter person looked at me like a deer in the headlights. Just kept repeating I looked it's not there. The counter person never offered to go find the person I talked too on the phone or made any effort to find out what was going on. Total disregard for customer satisfaction. Total and pure laziness! Totally unmotivated to help the customer or investigate conflicting information. I called in to talk to someone in charge and they took my phone number and said they would find out what was going on and get back to me, never called me back! I will deal with other electrical suppliers in the future, I suggest you do too!"

"Don't rely on delivery. Drivers will take items back if they don't feel like delivering. They did it it to me two days in a row. After hours number will not be answered either. In short if you need materials get them yourself."
