It's now several weeks later with no communication from the company. I have sent emails and have sent messages through PayPal. I have since filed a claim with PayPal. Original Washers if you are out of business, shut down your website or at least your shopping cart and the ability to receive payments. Again, stay away from this company, they must be out of business but do not have the decency to shut down their site."
