"I went to Att today to try to figure out why i wasn't getting good service in the area that i live in. (Never really had good good service in the first place.) A man by the name of Izeah who works there informed me that my sim card may be outdated and that switching it would most likely be the solution. So he made the switch and in less than 5 min i was out of there. Getting home i checked several places that are major "drop zones" and low and behold 5g everywhere i go now. The man should definitely be promoted. Fast efficient and damn good at his job. Thank you again -GJ"
"We are new to AT&T, after 20 years & much debate we made the leap from Verizon. New phones(always dreadful in the beginning) the switch was painful and complicated because we're transferring our numbers. The staff at this store was amazing. Every one of them willing to go the extra mile to get us up and running. Shout out to Izeaha, Abigail & Brooke, this crew is incredible. They stayed late, made phone calls and & worked tirelessly to sort out some issues that another store created. They never stopped smiling & I am sure they were frustrated too! We could not be happier. If this is representative of the customer service we can expect from AT&T we definitely made the right decision. Great job guys & thank you again for all your help. Much appreciated."
