"New store is terrible. They don't carry any outdoor sporting goods anymore. No clothing, no fishing gear, no hunting gear, no paintball, nothing! If they just dropped guns due to a mall rule or something, I'd understand, but I'm extremely disappointed. Wish I knew about this change before I wasted my time stopping here."

"The new store is beautiful but a lot of the employees lack basic customer service. I purchased a weight set and unfortunately, it was missing a part. I got the run around on how it was going to take weeks to contact the manufacturer and “see if they would replace it”. I ended up just buying the part. Every single employee that I got bounced around to, acted like I was being a bother and they didn’t really care about making it right. I guess decent customer service is a thing of the past."

"The new in mall location is open for business . Has double man trap automatic doors is wheelchair accesible from exterior and interior . No Wi-Fi detected well merchandised although oddly seems smaller than old location .I will have learn the new layout . You name a sport or outdoor activity they have it covered ."
