Founded in 2017 by sisters Hilary and Veronica Ballard, Twelve 27 Salon quickly became a beacon of innovation and growth in the beauty industry. The salon’s remarkable journey saw it achieve $1,000,000 in revenue within just two years, highlighting its phenomenal success and the dedication of its talented team.

However, the unforeseen challenges brought by the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, coupled with subsequent operational hurdles, have led to the difficult decision to close the salon’s doors on April 1st, 2023. Despite the setbacks, Hilary Ballard, now the sole owner, has worked tirelessly to support her team, ensuring they had stable incomes, health benefits, paid time off, and retirement plans.

During March, the salon remains open and welcomes guests to book appointments for one last visit. Additionally, all retail products are being offered at a 50% discount until sold out. This final month is an opportunity to experience the exceptional services of Twelve 27 Salon and to say farewell to a beloved establishment.
