And my toilet is back to brand new, im so happy because we constantly had to go down into the basement to use the bathroom which gets annoying because I got a baby to care for. Darrian came and fixed all the problems we were having with our toilet and had feet protectors on everytime he entered the house and he took them off when he exited the house! Other service workers Dont do that! he was very respectful and answered all my questions with the process he was doing, which made me feel comfortable, you can tell he knows what he is doing and he was very informative with his work. My toilet no longer rocks back and forth and is secured but we will have to give it some time to see if it leaks to the basement or not since it’s freshly new work, I saw his work and the process and saw that the new flange is secured and i made him wiggle the flange to see how secured it was and it was very secured into the ground. Another company just put a wax ring under the toilet and told me to put caulk around my toilet so it wouldn’t go back and fourth and wrote me a quote for $1500 for flange work and this was around thanksgiving 2022… so I was not to happy with their services and was disappointed and left with a leaky toilet. Darrian said I’m lucky that the leaks wasn’t worse… I’m so happy with Antonelli services the reviews is what made me want service from them."

He worked with me to coordinate with the water department to come out and shut off the main line and was honest about the work that needed done. Little did I know, I didn't need a valve changed, just it tightened. He didn't overcharge me for it. Antonelli Plumbing will be my go-to plumber going forward."
