"One of the finest repair facilities in the Youngstown area. Great job on identifying my issues with my vehicle, the cost of repair, and also other issues that need addressed with my vehicle. My vehicle was repaired to my satisfaction. Communication was awesome with Harlan’s online communication system allowing me to decide what I want addressed now and what I do not want addressed at this time. Also a huge plus, Harlan offers courtesy transportation to and from home, which is a real need in my case. Harlan’s is definitely a 5 star repair shop. I highly recommend them for auto repair."
