"I just had Mr. Rooter come out to fix a blocked outside drain and when I called the company, they came right out to check out the problem. Scott introduced himself and was so polite and easy to talk too. He explained the problem and what was needed to fix it. My husband died in April and I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to afford getting the work done but Scott figured out a plan and brought in Ray, Justin, and Jordon to hand dig the drain and re route it. It was much cheaper and they didn’t have to get in big equipment that cost more. They came out in two days and worked tirelessly to get the job done right. While they were here they introduced themselves and were real gentlemen. They all have very kind hearts and worked so hard to complete the job right, then put everything back and it didn’t even look like anything was dug up. I couldn’t have asked for better workers to come and help me so willingly. God bless the crew from Mr. Rooter. I’d highly recommended this company over any other."

He came in and assessed the problem. It took a little longer than expected to unclog the pipes, but he did it. He was very professional and gave us some insight on how to keep the drains clean. "My kitchen sink and washing machine were not draining. I called Mr. Rooter on a Friday morning and within a couple of hours Ray came out. Very professional and courteous. They snaked the kitchen and when that didn’t solve the problem they went on to the washer which wasn’t easy to get out of the way as it was full of water. They did what they had to do to get access and get the drains running. They went over preventative maintenance with me and put everything back the way it was when they came. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone with plumbing needs."

"I own apartment buildings throughout Boardman. I called on a Friday night and while most companies have some overseas answering service after hours, I liked that an actual local person picked up. It was for an emergency drainage/backup at an apartment building. The main drain to the entire property was backed up (photo). They got me scheduled for the next day. Turns out there is no clean out to make clearing the drain simple. John and (I can’t remember the other guy’s name) did an awesome job. They took their time coming up with ideas for the best possible way to attack the given situation instead of just rushing in. We decided removing one of the toilets and going in that way would be the least invasive and least messy way to handle the situation. They were in one of our brand new remodeled apartments and were sure to put towels down and be careful to cleanup, which was appreciated. I’ve used other plumbers in the past who leave a mess behind. They even used towels under their equipment so the equipment didn’t scratch the flooring. Very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be using Mr. Rooter again."
