"Just had Tom install a new electrical outlet for my PC, networking equipment and other electronics. It was sharing the same circuit as a window air conditioning unit and would trip when everything was on. The old outlet wasn't grounded, either. Tom arrived right on time, was polite, discussed the scope of work and got started. Not only did he get me a grounded outlet on a new circuit as requested, he discovered the breaker with troubles was the wrong one and replaced it. Replacing that breaker was not expected or something he necessarily had to do, but very much appreciated. It really shows that he wants the best for his customers. Tom went above and beyond every step of the job, from great customer service/communication to excellent craftsmanship. As a relatively new homeowner, it's nice to know there's an electrician nearby who's priced fairly, honest and does great work. He will be the first guy I call if I ever have any future electrical work that needs done. Cannot recommend him and his company enough. 5 star experience from start to finish!"
