"So I have a full size E350 passenger van and I took the seats out to haul freight with it but I needed to get out the floor brackets. I couldn't find the special socket that was needed to get them out. NOBODY had this socket, Home Depot, Harbor Freight, O'Reily's. I went every where. Nobody had even seen a socket like it. I even called the Ford dealer, and they didn't know. So I figured I'd head down to the dealer to see if one of their mechanics knew what it was. I was actually desperate because I needed to haul some freight to make some money as things have been kind of tight lately. So as I was heading toward the dealer I saw Honest Auto Service (I've driven past them a million times) so I figured I'd stop in and see if he knew what it was. I walked in and Brian greeted me and I explained my dilemma. So he came out and looked at the bolts that hold the bracket on and he walked in and came out with the special socket (55IP Socket). It was a perfect fit. I was thrilled. So I asked "when can you get these 6 brackets out". Well he is a busy shop and said "not till next Wednesday (almost a week)". He gave me a price that was far but I was really bummed because I needed them out today. So he says to me " Do you have a credit card?" I said "yes" He says " Okay if you let me hold your credit card number I'll let you borrow the socket and adapter (that was needed), and take it home and try and do it yourself. But if you don't bring it back I'm going to charge your card for a hundred bucks (SnapOn tools)". I was shocked! This mechanic let me borrow his special tool to help me out and he didn't even know me. I gave him my credit card info and took the tool home. Used some heat as he said and got all the brackets off. Brought the tool back to him and thanked him so much. I told him to hit my credit card for $30.00 for a tool rental and he refused. I pulled $30.00 in cash out of my wallet and put it on the counter and he pushed it back to me. I even pushed the cash over the counter onto the floor and headed toward the door. He picked it up and said "please take your money back". So I took it back. Conclusion... This guy Is great!!! He has definitely earned my favor and will be my go to mechanic, and he should be yours as well. Honest Auto Service....True to it's name..."

"I wasn’t able to put air in my tire today and was traveling to Michigan. I showed up at Honest Auto Repair and the staff helped me right away. They were able to air up the tire and get me on my way in under 10 minutes! They refused to take money or charge me for their time. They have my future business! Thank you!"

"Within 2 days from my initial call for repairs, my car was fixed. Very quick turn around. I was very impressed with Brittany's customer service and knowledge. The guy who I dealt with (sorry I don't know his name) took the time to ease my fears after i was screwed over by a shop in Kent. I would absolutely recommend Honest Auto to anyone and everyone. Honest work, Honest pricing, Honest people."

"I was referred here by a friend of mine. I have a newer model muscle car that needed a new cutch, so I was a little nervous at first (IYKYK). Bryan treated my car like it was his! He went above and beyond what many auto mechanics would do. Excellent service with great pricing and very professional! I highly recommend!!"
