"Both ladies were nice. My opinion if you are checking a patient to patient leaving you should not answer phones. My dog is very excited and wants everyone's attention which he did not get. Dr didn't pay any attention or try to relax him at all until tech finally came over. We sat in there for 15 minutes before either one even acknowledged my dog. Dr didn't even speak to us until after exam, not a word. I will be back if not the same Dr."
"I recently took my labradoodle puppy in after finding out she had an ear infection from the groomer. I contacted our regular vet who wouldn’t have been able to see her for another 5 days. I took her into VIP and it was such a great experience. Both of the techs were super friendly and explained everything very Thoroughly from the costs to the care she was going to receive. The veterinarian made sure she told me everything that she found as well. They all treated my dog as if she was one of their own. They were super friendly fly and extremely helpful!! I will definitely be back in the future for any non emergent visits that I need. The prices were super affordable and they had a lot of options."
