Huntington Bank 3250 Shenango Valley Freeway, Hermitage, PA 16148

"My phone was stolen February 2nd 2024 by three people. 20 minutes after they left with my phone they started transferring large amounts of money for almost 24 hours I filed a police report they did nothing they want to witness the Bank Huntington wonderful Huntington denied me said they were all authorized transfers, Jeremy Lockhart opened up a Zelle accountin my name after trying to get 14,000 from my PayPal he got 900.00 and 3000.00 from Zelle. I have never heard of until then. Brian Ondic & wife Ashley transferred from my estate account to my Cash app to them. They got the difference. Wonderful Huntington denied that it was Identity theft and Fraud but we're authorized transactions by me. They changed passwords and created the Zelle account in my name. Now they put a freeze on my account that I have no access to my SSD and pension. Money can go in but I can't access it. I call and automated says my balance is 0 but then log in gives me my balance. I'm disabled and don't drive and can't get the bus till next week. HOW CAN HUNTINGTON DO THIS WITH NOT GIVING ME ANY NOTICE. I been with this Bank for over 20 years."

"This bank let some debt collectors charge my account twice for over 13 thousand dollars which put me in the whole -$13,662.68. And yesterday I was able to take out my money for my last paycheck which I did and now I’m -.68. I will sit there and collect over draft fees, I am not giving this bank another cent out of my money. DONT USE THIS BANK"

"I was happy with this bank for the last 3-4 years. Recently I had to have my bank account locked and my card destroyed because someone tried to commit fraud and spent $143 on my card ( which was put back the same day) The did issue me a temporary card until my new comes in. The temporary card doesn’t work everywhere I go so sometimes I have to go to the ATM machine which charges too much just to get money out. My new card was only supposed to take 3-5 days to be delivered and it’s been almost a week and I haven’t received a call to say that it came in it yet. I’ve so close to closing my account down and going to a different bank. I’m so disappointed with this bank now"

"Worst bank ever. They do not honor promotions for opening accounts. They will tell you that you are just out of luck if the atm does not dispense money until you go there and demand they count the money in the machine but you still get the run around for weeks on your own money. They admitted they were betting against me on a house loan and wanted to argue what house i could buy. I finally just paid cash for my house. Recently i went up to stop payment on an order that was never sent to me and the blonde with the accent told me i was out of 400 dollars but look at it this way that i made a donation to someone and have good karma from a good deed. After this insult i opened another account at another bank and they told me for that much money i have to order it and give them almost 2 weeks to get it. Then i demand a cashier check and like a scorned ex being petty they want a 6 dollar fee for printing it."

Suffice it to say, I would never bank with them again and I would certainly never want to repeat the horrible mortgage experience I had. As an individual and as an attorney who does real estate closings, I would advise you to go elsewhere."
