"FAMILY BEHAVIORAL RESOURCES IS A SCAM COMPANY. They called saying they represented the school and suggested that my son would benefit from some therapy. I was informed that it was provided through the school and my insurance would cover it without cost to me. He barely attended their service and said please don't make me go back and talk to them, so i pulled him out. Now they keep harassing me with a bill for $150 that they say I need to pay. When I called to address my issues with this bill the representative i spoke with would not let me finish a sentence without interruption and kept deflecting my issues and saying i needed to take it up with my insurance. Now they're sending me text messages threatening my credit.. Stay away from this place. There's a lot of better options out there if you are in need of therapy or counselling."

"This place sucks. Often times I don't even have enough people to answer the phone it takes days or weeks to get call backs. The waiting room is cramped and awkward. The offices I've seen all look weird and for some reason my doctor's office always smells like Chinese food. MI doctor has to computer screens on his desk so you can't even look at his face when you're talking to him."
