"After as long as I can remember, the library was always in poor condition with no sight of improvemrnt, fixing nor relocation, they finally moved to a new position, which is far outside of the town they service. While most of the employees are nice people, and care for the well being of the patrons, the library has can through a plethora of directors in the past two decades alone. It is apparent the board does not care about the town, the people, nor the library itself. If you live in Ohio, just go to Poland. If you live in Pennsylvania, just go to New Castle. Their Libraries actually care."
