"It’s taken me a few weeks since moving into my new house, but I wanted to do a review of Secure Self Storage! Like most people, I began my search by looking up the company PODs, for a quote. I never really knew other companies existed. Instead of a quote, I received large amounts of phone calls and emails, basically bothering me to sign a contract. I was simply price shopping at the time. When I came across Secure Self Storage, I called to immediately have my questions answered and a price that would be locked in with no ever changing hidden fees. I was very happy to hear the units they offered were larger than any I could find elsewhere. The unit was delivered promptly with ease on the day I needed it, and I was impressed at how willing Joe and Shawn were to work with me, when I needed to change the pickup date and time, due to closing issues on my new home. Moving is stressful enough, and these guys were very understanding and totally accommodating. The unit itself was extremely clean. It was beneficial to have not only the loading door in the back, but also an additional door on the side for access to the unit. When the unit was re-delivered to my new residence, I truly couldn’t believe nothing had shifted inside. I could only assume this was because it’s built on a trailer with wheels rathwr than needed hauling by “crane truck.” Lastly, service trumps price any day of week, in my opinion, but I found the cost to be a fraction of what a company like “PODS” is charging. With that being said, I would absolutely recommend Self Self Storage to any body, whether your moving, or just need on site Storage, for a period of time!! Thank you Joe and Shawn, you made the stress of moving into a new home, exceptionally stress free!"
