"I was looking through local businesses and checked in on High Hill. I saw a very negative review, and although I'm sorry for the other reviewer's loss, I think the rating isn't fair. My boyfriend and I have been renting space from Wes and Barbara for a couple of years now and have never had any problems. It's a good price, and they keep everything routine and simple. Also, if you need to contact them, they always respond promptly. They've always been respectful of us, and Barbara is especially sweet. She even called one time when I wrote the check incorrectly and mailed it back to me. I'm from a bigger city out of town, too, and there are nice people here in the country trying to make it as small business owners. That other review seems a little unfair, and I've never had a problem with this family."

"Do not store any of your items at this facility. The owner of this establishment is the most disrespectful person I’ve ever had the chance to come across. My father passed away last week unexpectedly, I came from out of town to handle things for my father in a timely matter. I was told my father was paid up until the end of the year. I was trying to get his last payments. He proceeded to harass me for legal documents of my fathers death, then proceeded to tell me “he must be proud”. If you value family and respect steer clear of this man and his establishment. This is the last thing I need to be going through while grieving the loss of a parent."
