- Annual and School Year Bus Passes: Residents can purchase annual calendar year bus passes or school year bus passes for just $40. These passes are available at the SVRTA office or online.

- Affordable Fares: The fare structure is designed to be wallet-friendly with $0.50 fares for adults and students, $0.25 for seniors and Medicare recipients, and free rides for children under six and for transfers.

- Extensive Service Areas: Our routes cover Steubenville, Mingo Junction, Wintersville, Rayland, OH, and extend to Robinson Township and the Findlay Industrial Park in Imperial, PA.

Paratransit Services

For residents with disabilities, SVRTA offers curb-to-curb paratransit services. Eligible individuals can schedule rides by calling (740) 282-6145, with a prior day advance notice required. The fee for this specialized service is $1.00 per ride, ensuring accessibility for all community members.

- General Transit Service:

- Monday – Friday: 6:30 a.m. to 8:05 p.m.

- Saturday and Holidays: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

- Sunday: Closed

- Robinson Township, PA Service:

- Monday – Friday: 3:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

- Saturday: 4:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. & 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

- Sunday: Closed

- Rayland, OH Service:

- Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

- Saturday: 9:15 a.m. to 6:45 p.m.

- Sunday: Closed

Holiday Schedule

SVRTA does not operate on major holidays including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. A holiday schedule is followed on Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, and Veteran’s Day.
