While we haven’t had luck yet, he has been so diligent and so kind in trying to find a resolution. Would definitely recommend him for any UPS problems you have!!!"

"Excellent service and management at this UPS Store. A vendor gave us the wrong tracking info causing us to believe that a $400+ package had been lost by UPS. Chad, the store manager, spent hours on this issue verifying what happened to all our packages and whether any of the labels had been swapped. He managed to figure out that the vendor indeed had given us the wrong tracking info. Ie, it was not at all UPS’s fault. It was just impressive thoroughness and problem-solving."

"Chad at the UPS Store went above and beyond for me when I lost my receipt with the tracking number. Over the course of a couple hours he was able to look up my package searching by the approximate weight and date/time I was in the store (nearly a month prior). He even went so far as to call the distribution center that was supposed to receive the package. His efforts resulted in me obtaining a refund of a couple hundred dollars. Throughout the whole process Chad was diligent and was kind enough to both myself and the in store customers to treat their needs and call me back whenever he had an update. I am tremendously grateful for the service displayed by Chad and the team at the Steubenville store on Hollywood Blvd. 14/10 recommend doing business through this store."

"I had some problems when I sent out a package, the person waiting, on the package became very nervous and wanted to check on the package. She got upset with me, I got upset with UPS. It was after hours when the manager of the store Chad phoned me back, he was so concerned and caring about me being upset. He took his time and checked on everything and explained everything to me, didn’t care about the time. The same happened on Monday and again he called right back and found the package I haven’t met to many like him. If more business had people like him what a wonderful place those would be. Thank u Chad."
