"Rented a car from here through a travel agency and made the reservation for 4pm unaware that they close at 5pm. We showed up running extremely late with only a few minutes to spare and caught them as they were closing up. Despite us arriving that late and that they clearly were ready to leave, Kelly still stayed a few minutes after to make sure we got the car. Definitely much appreciated and for sure saved our trip from being delayed a day."

"One of the worst rental cars I’ve ever had, staff was friendly but car was not. Bad wind shield wipers, brakes sounded terrible going down a hill, cheap tires that don’t go good in rain and the radio worked when it wanted too."

"Worst experience ever. Will not ever rent from them again. There website states they have pickup/drop off service but when you request that service they say they don't provide it. Would not accept my insurance so I had to pay an extra $35 a day which I was not planning on and then was not told about the $250 they would take out of my account and hold for a deposit until car was returned. Asked for pickup/drop off service to return the car which I was told again they do not provide but was told I could drop the car off at a body shop about a half mile from my home and walk home from there. Very unhappy with their service. Would not recommend. They need to change their website to state they do not provide these services."
