"Great staff that does the best for the students"
"Where do I even start… My English teacher, Mr. Howard, was such a pest in literally every way. He is one of those types of men who think they’re “all-knowing,” and better than everyone else. At Southington, every year there is the equivalent of horror stories of his English class, so far to the point students take college classes just to avoid his class entirely. He gave us work before we even got into class, over the summer freshman year, so of course, going into sophomore year we were mortified. (No one did the summer work anyways.) He constantly harassed students in class based off of whether he has a bias towards them or not. He would be totally okay with one student for doing one thing, and then start screaming at another student for doing the exact same thing. (Favoritism.) He would make us write page upon page essays just for them to only be exactly 40 points every time. This was so not in proportion with every other grade. One time I completely skipped an essay because I knew my grade would only go down to a B, and he called my mother complaining to her that my grade would drop “tremendously.” He would also harass students by purposefully doing things that made them uncomfortable even when they told him to stop. There’s so much more that he would do as well. Overall, he is a terrible guy and a terrible teacher."
"I wouldn't even give this school one star I have had nothing but problems from day one of my child starting from band to soft ball to bullies and they will not resolve or speak they just hang phone up on you if you do not have a name in that school district you are over looked along with your child's problems not a recommended school more like a cult"
