"We moved on 6/20 with some of the hottest temps of the year. Our crew that was nothing short of amazing. They were all polite, upbeat (they definitely had us laughing thru a tough day!), hard working, and pushing thru tirelessly without skipping a beat. Even if I picked up something out of my own car that we put in there ahead of time, they were immediately trying to take it! Our item list was spot on, but we knew it would be tight. They played tetris perfectly, but we still needed a second trip in the heat. Not one item was broken, and we had some very heavy pieces of solid furniture. They were quick, even in the heat. At times I'd look away for a second, and realize the 6 of them would have cleared a whole room! I cannot even imagine if we had not hired Bearded Brothers for this move during the heat! I would welcome those guys back into our home any time. They quickly became family that day and we are so thankful for them."

"I hired this company to move a very expensive treadmill from my office @ work back to home. The crew on the day they moved it were very nice. However, it was raining outside and they had to disassemble it to get into the stairway to my basement. They left it sitting outside in the pouring rain. I could also hear them in my stairway complaining, and talking about how the office that took my appointment need to ask more questions because they were not charging nearly enough. When I questioned them about leaving it in the rain, I was told it would be fine. However when they disassembled the unit, or reassembled it they damaged a wire. My treadmill no longer worked correctly. They came back to home that weekend and completely disassembled it again, this time taking apart the motherboard. The owner found the damaged wire, cut it out to see about getting it repaired. After that my treadmill no longer worked at all. This treadmill cost me close to $2,000. The owner promised to have it repaired. For the next couple months, I waited and waited. Meanwhile I couldn't work out and was paying to see a weight loss specialist. The person that was handling everything was condescending and rude. He told me they never cut out the wire, that his owner showed both me and my husband. He kept telling me they didn't even have to repair it because I signed a contract and he could just pay me .60 per lb. There was no concern about how upset I was or the anxiety they were causing me. He was so rude. It is finally fixed but I would NEVER call these people again. And not because they caused damage, but because of the way they handled the damage they caused."
