"Texted two days before with the time and destination kept getting back “ok” texts. Said I need to be there by 3, at like 2:30 I texted and was like “when are you coming?” No response. 2:50 I text again, “Are you coming soon??” No response. So, I’m freaking out and I call right? This man said something like “oh man I didn’t even see that” and called another driver. By then it was like already 3, and he calls me and says my driver’s seven minutes out. I’m like “uhm okay, that sucks I’m already late” driver gets me and tells me I’m paying $15 for a 10 minute drive on a LATE RIDE. Never using this service again. Would give zero stars if I was able."
