"Was trying to fax important papers both sides needed faxed. They have 2 fax machines I tried the 1st on and my fax didn't go through so I pulled my credit card out of the machine and machine continued to say remove card so I moved to the 2nd one and tried fixing my papers again. Well I put them in backwards and that fax went through so now they have the back page of what I was trying to fax so I put the papers back in the correct way and tried again since the other papers went through no problem and the front pages didn't go through. I tried like 3 more times still won't go through. I asked someone working there and they tried twice to get the front pages to go through with no luck. Tell to come back a little later and try again. I get back in my car and checked my credit card and for 3 pages that actually got faxed over I was charged $10.00,"
