"The staff is not friendly or helpful. We had a simple problem and they refused to help me. All i wanted was them to either fix my frames or sell me one that would fit the lenses, there answer was no because my script was out of date which had nothing to do with the frames. Doctor Hess is ok but his staff leave alot to be desired. I ended up getting a pair of sun glasses from some where else transferred the lenses, problem solved."

His receptionist was one of the best she walked me through the selection of my glasses and showed me many frames and gave me honest feedback on how they fight my face!!! "I needed to find a new optometrist and I’m so glad I chose Dr. Hess! He was very patient and thorough and gave me great advice and referrals for some more in depth vision issues that need to be addressed. The front of the house receptionist is awesome as well! Very nice and gave me honest advice as to which frames complimented me the best.... we also had a few laughs goofing around with some of the more “off the wall” frame choices. I highly recommend this business!"

"The receptionist was very rude. The Doc at first was nice, not over the top but not rude. I was there for a contact exam. He gave me a pair of trial contacts, well within the 2 week time I was supposed to go back I got pink eye -- so therefore I canceled the appointment. When I finally did make it back, I went in to pick up another trial pair bc the original had expired -- the man handed me one contact which was fine bc I needed to try one for astigmatism but why not another trial contact.... I said what am I supposed to do with one contact -- now mind you he did this in an open area - in front of other patients and also called me out on a $10 bill in front of these patients -- I walked out -- HIPAA violation -- now he will not answer my calls or fax the results to any other office for me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE -"
