We were paired with an incredible project manager that was so attentive and made us feel at ease every step of the way, and helped us to make decisions. I feel that their level of communication throughout the process was beyond our expectations for a contracting company. Also, having electricians and plumbers in house helped to reduce the coordination for a project this size. They were also very efficient and completed our project ahead of schedule. "We sought out L&L after our positive experience with our kitchen remodel last year. Our 100 year old Squirrel Hill home has lots of character but also typical Pittsburgh wet basement issues. We wanted to deal with this once and for all. L&L demolished and rebuilt our front stoop, which was tricky as there was an existing cold storage room below. They re-poured our driveway so that it was graded away from the house, added a linear drain and draining in the back and they gave us a beautiful back patio with bench seating and lighting. Ben helped us out once again to scope the project and put our ideas into action. Colt managed our project from start to finish. He was professional and responsive. I particularly appreciated all of the craftsmen that worked on the project. They were a pleasure to have around the house this summer."

"We are very pleased with the kitchen remodel that L&L recently completed. When we unexpectedly had to have a supporting beam moved, they were upfront with the issue, solution, and cost. Austin, our foreman, was on site almost every day that workers were in our house. He sent an email each week to tell us what to expect and worked closely with us on scheduling. He patiently answered questions and explained the steps of the project. We chose L&L because they had the most creative and practical solution to our cold kitchen problem. We are very pleased with the high quality of the workmanship. I would like to add a note about Cody, the designer who helped us pick everything for the kitchen. It's an intimidating job, but she efficiently helped us to narrow things down. She led us through the process step-by-step and helped us to make selections that are practical and beautiful. "I couldn’t recommend L&L designs enough and will definitely be using them again for future projects. Jake did a great job with communicating adjustments and concerns throughout the renovation. Zack the project leader was incredible! Very knowledgeable , friendly and responsive. Matt and Bob worked a lot on our project and were the best! Hard working and very sweet. Cody the designer was very helpful and had a great eye for what would work and not. Everyone was very respectful that we have two small children and genuinely wanted to ensure the environment was safe and as quiet as it could be. We had a full kitchen reno, floors stained and redone, and two walls knocked down to create a more open space as well as a powder room refresh. L&L designs was in my opinion very fairly priced for project and with the amount of care and detail you get a bargain."
