"Worst experience of my life. The subs were disgruntled because they weren’t getting paid. I found out when confronted by several of them that it was being blamed on me even though I was way ahead of schedule on payment and work was way behind schedule. So stressful. Many issues during construction and since I moved in I have spent $17,000 to have my brand new roof repaired because of shoddy installation, $2,000 on repairs on to my Heat and Glo fireplaces because parts that were supplied with the fireplaces were not installed and pipes at incorrect length. Roof collapsed on my back porch because under decking system was installed incorrectly. Plumbing, electrical issues, too many problems to list. I still have PTSD from dealing with this contractor."
