Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"URGENT.........STAY AWAY FROM ANY BANK OF AMERICA!!!! They shouldn't be called a BANK! Should be called FRAUD Of America!!!! Brought a deposit to this bank of $25K on the 16th from a personal Savings and Loan Account. Branch Manager, Herb, wanted to take a picture of it from his phone and make my deposit. I refused, and said I would wait for the one and only teller to make the deposit as I wanted a paper receipt of deposit. Note, teller had nobody at her window, it was 9am, (Bank Opens at 9am). She was running her drawer through the bill counter. Also, requested to order deposit tickets . Herb proceeded to offer me a stack of blank deposit tickets. At which time I refused and re asked to order deposit tickets with the my account information on them and that I would wait. I did not ever get to make my deposit with the actual teller. However, Herb handed me a receipt for my deposit as well the receipt for the deposit tickets that he stood in the lobby and ordered. .Fast forward 6 business days!!!! I received a letter in the mail TODAY (08/22/2023) that they were holding my deposit until 08/25/2023?? Mind you, this deposit was a cashiers check I had drawn from our personal SAVINGS account. No mention of holding check on my printed receipt and literally almost a full week later, receive notice that its being held until the 25th! I reached out to my savings bank first. BANK OF FRAU, never bothered to contact another local bank that's a few miles away, refused to actually. A formal complaint with the State and Federal Government Comptroller's office has been filed. Oh, and by the way... This site won't let you post without a star. They don't deserve even 1 star."

"I had great experience at this Branch. I was extremely impressed with the manager and teller and technology. The employees here were very professional and polite and provided excellent service. I don't think it's possible to have a better experience at a bank."

"This branch is the worst. They have one person working at any given time. So there is always a wait no matter what point you go there. Most times when you try to call, no one answers, and when they do they make it a point to say they can do nothing to help unless you go in person and then wait. The 800 customer service line is even worse. The reps are rude, you will get transferred more times than you can count. So you go round and round with no results. If you have time to just waste, then this is the place for you, you'll love it. lol"

"If you need to deposit cash in person and not into an ATM you're in for a real treat. There is only ever one teller on the staff of 4 in store. So if the teller is busy you could be waiting over 30mins to HAND A BANK MONEY. They literally have 3 employees sitting on tablets at the moment. One guy stands at the door with a tablet like a concierge, directing you to wait in the lobby. This is by far the worst banking experience I've had."

"My review is singularly based on the ease of using ATMs. There is a drive thru atm and two atms inside the lobby. Making a deposit of 75 or less currency bills is a breeze! And it emailed me a receipt. Impressed with the newest technology ATMs. Note: the Only entrance is one-way on Route 19"
