Wendy's

"I walked into Wendy's at 4101 South Market Street in Youngstown, Ohio to enjoy a meal. I was not greeted immediately, because the workers were not attentive. The sad thing is, they made eye contact several times and still didn't acknowledge me. I ordered my food and asked for the chicken to be dropped fresh. I was told the chicken was already fresh. So, I finally got my food, and surprise, it wasn't hot or fresh. I'm sitting there eating and 3 boys walked in, I'd say between 10-12 years of age. They all had automatic Orbeez guns. They got into a spat with the one young worker. They asked the manager if they could get him. The manager said, "I don't care!" They played across the counter and began shooting orbeez gel beads into the kitchen at the workers. Then the workers began cussing at the 3 boys. A customer at the counter made a comment about professionalism. Nobody did anything to get the situation under control. The 3 boys left the store, and the young employee walked out by the tables. I made a comment to him about the 3 boys, and he was rude to me. A bunch of immature children that need to grow up! I will never go back to this location. The franchise owner needs to do a better job of hiring individuals that won't ruin his business. What ashamed that people conduct themselves in such a way as this. What a disappointing experience. I feel sorry for the owner."

"All in all, I can't complain too much... unlike most of this restaurant chain, this establishment specifically is capable of coming up with the correct orders and in a suitable amount of time. Honestly got a Samsung surprised. When Mr Thompson originally started this company it was all about being the best. Mr Thompson strived for greatness in the industry as well as healthier food alternatives to competitive popular chains. PS. All of Wendy's chili is made from burgers that have exceeded 15 minutes on heated staging lanes. So while they're being cooked on top of the grill made to order, if they are not served or an order is canceled they are turned into chili! I find it to be quite amazing. Because that chili OMG hands down it slaps"

"The food was good, but the drive thru wait time was a little long and the girl that gave me the food wasn't exactly thrilled to be there. I don't go to Wendy's often but theyre pretty decent for fast food. Way better than McDonald's for sure."

"If I could give zero stars I would the assist manager is lazy and needs to ensure that people are more attentive to the orders I came through the drive through twice being patient and After two times they still couldn’t get it right and the only thing she can say is come back up there if I didn’t have a car that would be a huge inconvenience I simply asked for a bacon and cheese potato and couldn’t even get the simplest order."
