"this place was absolutely awful the wait for the food was really long understaffed unsanitary a worker showed up in her bonnet looking like she just got out of bed. Would never return here again."
"First of all, if I could leave no stars, I would. It's 1:30 pm, the giant sign outside says "lobby is open". We see 2 people eating in the lobby, and so we decide to go in. The first door is locked, so we think maybe we can try the other door. As we walk up the manager locks the door and says "lobby isn't open". I, trying to be helpful, say "just a heads up, your sign still says lobby is open". She replies with the snarkiest response of "Well that's only when we have people ma'am."... seriously? Was the attitude necessary? To the manager that decided to be so rude for no reason... I'm sure you'll read this and not care, because you work at McDonald's and don't make enough to care, so we'll just avoid your location from now on."
"It's McDonald's. Either you like it or you don't. The service at this location was fast, and they didn't make us pull forward and wait. We had a big order for a van load. They actually got the order right on the first pass, which is a rarity these days when you order more than one item from most fast food places. Good customer service."
"extremely frustrating to consider yourself a 24hr drive thru when the workers seem to decide when they wanna be open. just came for a cup of coffee at 5am and the workers wanna say they are closed then won’t answer me and pretend like they don’t hear. wanna be paid over minimum wage but too lazy to pour a cup of coffee… but i guess that’s probably why they still work at mcdonald’s tho :/"
"Poor excuse even for fast food. I never do fast food unless it's an emergency...for example, unexpectedly long day, too late to cook, etc. This photo is a cheeseburger. I only omitted pickles. There was probably a 1/4 teaspoon of ketchup and mustard. No onion. Well, I might have seen 2-3 little pieces of onion. And it was so small that the stale bun covered it and then some. Disgusting. I'll starve before I go there again. I guess I should be grateful...the last time I went there I ordered a Big Mac and THERE WAS NO MEAT ON IT!! I kid you not! Just condiments on a bun. How can you forget to put meat on a sandwich? Freaked me out. Oh...and their shake machine has been "broken" since last winter. I'm officially done with fast food."
