"Honesty is very important! Kevin originally said that he'd repair my stereo for about $1,000. After nine months with it, he looked at it and called stating it would cost $1200 to fix it. Then he called a week later telling us that it'd be $1400 which we agreed to. Yesterday he called to say that the stereo was ready, but it was over $1900 that we now owe. Not honest and upfront if you ask me. Even if he's the best around, honesty is most important. Go elsewhere!"

"Kevin fixed my 40 year old Nikko amp and 40 year old M&K speakers and got them sounding like new at a very reasonable cost!"

"Used Progressive/Kevin's services to have my Denon's Subwoofer Out connection repaired. The turn around was fast (one week compared to the 2 months it took for Denon's authorized service center to replace a kaput HDMI board). The rate was very reasonable, with the added bonus of not having to assume the cost and liability of shipping a 45 lbs. package. Progressive has a quirky drop-off/pick-up and contact arrangement and the store front is not swanky. Don't let it deter you from using Progressive/Kevin's services. He is prompt at returning messages and it is the work that counts."
