Reserve Run Golf Course

"This golf course in Poland, Ohio, is a bit of a hidden gem of a course. The first 4 to 5 holes are nice in their own way, but the 6th hole is where it really gets good. From the scenic look of the clubhouse before the 6th hole green to the massive and beautiful pond surrounding the 7th and 8th holes, Reserve Run is a must play for golfers in the area. The 9th hole is also not for the faint-hearted as a shot way uphill is needed plus the tremendous view that awaits toward the 9th green. Definitely, a memorable and fun course to play."

"One of the best maintained public courses in the tri-state area with a very inexpensive price. There are a good variety of different types of holes and more well maintained sand traps than most public courses. Seniors like me love it because when you add up your score at the end, it is always a little better than you thought you played because it plays as a par 70 with six per threes and four par fives. I think number 18 seniors should play from the regular t's and it would be a decent par 5. When you play it from the senior tees, it is a short par 4 and it seems like you just get jipped by skipping 125 yd of the hole. And if you're coming from Pittsburgh or anywhere in Pennsylvania, make sure to come with close to an empty tank so you can fill up with a cheaper gas in Ohio. An excellent experience all around."

"Nicest course in the area, by far. Yes, it does get busy and a bit jammed up at times. They layout is beautiful, the views are amazing. As a beginner, I had a blast. 4 months of golf, front 9 were difficult for me today. If you have not played here, book a tee time and have a blast….bring some extra balls. Lots of water! 9/9/23"
