"Terrible customer service. Order some bands and received the wrong ones. Called the company and they stated they had to call their warehouse to see if they have the correct ones in stock and then they would call me back. Didn't hear anything back so I called back again two days later. Customer service rep stated they have not heard anything back from their warehouse and would call again and call me back. Called back again 4 days later and the rep stated they still have not been able to reach the warehouse. The rep stated that she would just put in another order and if I receive the wrong bands again, then I should call them and let them know. The fact that this company can not reach their warehouse is alarming (how do you even run a business) and also the fact that you would just put in another order, not knowing if they are even in stock or if the right ones will be sent out. Last time I'll be doing business with them."
