"We are Three Rivers Realty, not Three Rivers Property Managment. If your had a bad experience renting to from Three Rivers Property Managment, please rate them. Two of the reviews here are from tenants who breached their lease and had to be taken to the magistrate. Ms S had a mental condition and was arrested, then committed, we had no recourse but to evict her. We are still storing her personal belongings, many years later and have offered to let her come retrieve them. The most recent low rating is from a tenant, who decided to stop paying her rent and actually bought a house ( she had the money for that) and she became nasty and threatening to us, complaining to the board of health about petty things, we had not been made aware of, a loose stair thread, a missing smoke detector ( that she removed) and a rusted pipe. She tried to be such a nuisance to try to get us to allow her to break her lease. She moved out, just days before the court date, leaving trash in the yard and furniture in the lobby.The magistrate ruled in our favor with a judgment ( which she has not paid) for rent and damages. Jessica, decided to move back with her boyfriend and broke her lease (a legally binding contract) we were granted a judgement ( she did not pay) by the magistrate. We try to be very fair, honest and understanding as landlords and look at our tenants as guests in our properties and want the to live there happily and safely. Are rents are on the low side and we are the few property owners who allow pets in our properties."

"Not worth your time to rent or buy. Very unorganized, don’t respond in a timely manner, and usually don’t have a worthy product to sell. Don’t bother wasting your time."

"If you are planning to rent an apartment from Three Rivers Realty of Babcock Blvd, I can give 3 recommendations: They will leave you alone. They inspire persistence. You will probably have to email and or call them several times before you can get a service person to show up. Give it about 3 weeks to 1 month, and they've got your freezing, and/or malnourished back. They force you to be charitable. They will inevitably keep the majority of your security deposit to fix the stained carpet, dinged walls, etc, left by the previous renter. Just paying it forward, I guess."
