"I always get health care from OSU, and my Primary Care Physician practices from this office. Dr. Sandra Palmer is very skilled and I've worked with her from before retirement (end of 2021) through the present. Just had a semiannual wellness appointment on Wednesday and this provider works very well with me to reduce medications or dosages -- after good bloodwork for cholesteroI was able to reduce my dosage. She is familiar with my medical records and provides great referrals as well. I recommend the Family Medicine practice at Zollinger!!"
"They are so slow, don't take walk-ins yet when you schedule an appointment they never call you on time. More worried about getting their donatos and gossiping loud enough to hear through the walls than assisting patients. Furthermore, after a 20 min late with no full lobby I finally was seen just for the NP to say I have to take Sudafed. After I told them I already tried zicam, DayQuil, Vicks and nothing cleared my nose or helped my sore throat or cough. Didn't test for flu, covid nothing. Literally a waste of money."
"I had the absolute worst experience at this urgent care on 1/13. The nurse practitioner I saw was condescending and dismissive. I work in healthcare, and for OSU and I am ashamed Karla works for this organization. I do not recommend, and I will never return."
"I went there today for a sore throat and the lady who brought us back to the room was very mean I can’t remember her name she said to me “ is there a reason your not looking at me when u talk” I had to say sorry my nose keeps running and I'm kinda crying because I'm in so much pain, she seemed very irritated the whole time she was asking me questions. The other problem was I went to check in and the receptionist said I was a new patient even though I have been there multiple times and she had to re enter all my information and it took about 15 minutes of standing there in a lot of pain. Dr Karen who I saw was very nice and helpful but she was the only good part about my experience."
