"Assured me they carry my size. I’m tall, 38X34. Over and over again, apologized for only having 2 pairs in my size, to come back when they get their truck in. So I go back. Don’t have my size at all. Not even in the un-hemmed stuff. The guy looks at me like I’m an idiot. The associate that assured they have my size pop her head around the corner. Tells me to come back the following week. I did this song and dance for LITERALLY 6 weeks. Over and over I go back in and they don’t have anything. Will not come back to this location."

"Ordered 6 shirts online with a great deal, unfortunately the size did not work great for the style of shirt. Went in to the Boardman location and Amy not only helped me find the same shirts that I really liked (with the correct size this time) but she did this while juggling prom fittings and everything else! Thanks again Amy! You were terrific!"

"I will never step foot in that place ever again. Literally had a wedding out of town. Physically impossible to return it next day because the wedding is OUT OF TOWN. I got no warning... no email.. no nothing. But they love sending you spam emails every 2 seconds about everything else. You start charging 20$ the day after a wedding? Really? I drove 5 hours home straight to my grandmothers funeral and you immediately start charging me late fees. Stay away from this place. It's a joke. You'll never see my business again nor will you get it from anyone I know. Here's a tip for you guys. Communicate with your customers verbally so they are aware and on the same page. It takes 30 seconds to inform a customer about the ridiculously strict late fees. Do better."

It was so nice to pull up to the store and walk right in not having to search for a parking spot and walk through a mall to a department store. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and assisted right away. We were in and out in under a hour with everything he needed"
