"6 years I posted that Dr Kieffer was a caring doctor. I have continued being treated by him as well as several friends and my mother-in-law. They all think he is great. We all live 40 miles away but feel he is worth the drive. The office staff is superb and very efficient. Try him you will love him."

"I had the worst experience at this office and I am still trying to get my deposit back. I am a 70 year old and I received hearing aids back in November of 2023. Even though they have a contract with my insurance company they will not accept the price they agreed upon with my insurance company which is a binding contract. I was not happy with the product or service and I returned the hearing aids within their 45 day return policy you are given at time of service. I was asked to pay a $500.00 down payment. Six months later after returning the aids I still have not received my $500.00 deposit back. People beware if they are an In-Network provider with your insurance company they are not standing true to their agreement with your insurance company and they will bill you the balance of what they agreed to accept from your insurance company. They will also not stand by their agreement they have you sign. Don't fall prey and put any money down until you are totally satisfied."

"If I could give 6 stars, I would. Dr. Keifer was so incredibly kind, attentive (great listener), patient, inquisitive with very relevant questions and just overall awesome at his profession. It was my first time seeing an audiologist and first time visiting here. I had ear wax removed and then a hearing test after. I received helpful insights and then suggestions on how to protect my hearing and future options when the time is right for addressing some mild hearing loss. My wife eagerly and happily came along to see how much "proof" she could obtain for me not listening as much as she wants me to (lol) and, Dr. Keifer was great at explaining some things to us both. Huge applause for Deanna and the staff as well, thank you. I will look forward to my next visit."
