"The experience at the facility was perfectly fine. Nice tech/nurse and gentle swabbing. Easy to follow instructions and clean location. However, I went in on Jan. 2 for RAPID PCR and as of 1/12 I have never received my results. I have sent two emails requesting them and have not heard back. I do not like to review negatively but I hope that people who actually need their tests and results swiftly can actually achieve that if the location can know there is an issue. **UPDATE** - got my results today, 1/26/22. Not fast at all."
"Fine for rapid tests (I don’t know any place administering “free” ones, and at home tests cost roughly the same amount). Staff is very friendly despite trying circumstances. However, PLEASE STOP telling people it’s 2-3 days for PCR tests results. I’ve now been waiting over a WEEK…"
