"Theresa couldn't be more ignorant to someone...... She should not be in customer service. I asked about a medicine I had refilled and get response was screaming at me I don't have it when I replied ok you don't have to get upset I'm just asking what's going on with it since I tried to refill it she again screamed you have to have a prior authorization I asked said even if I had picked it up before she said I don't know what to say to you except you can't have it it's not filled I said ok and waited for my husband medicine and left I don't need to be shouted at by hey for no reason I think we are gonna move our prescriptions there are really nice pharmacist here but the people at the registers run the experience!"
