"Half the time they aren't even here do to short staff. The other half of the time they text saying prescription is ready just for me to drive out there and them to ask me to come back later because it's not actually ready then I have to wait another hour in line during pick up."
"Was literally on hold for over an hour to verify a patient’s medications who was admitted to the hospital. Their automated service let me know how many people were ahead of me - 3 people for 5 minutes, 2 people for 5 minutes, then supposed only 1 person ahead of me for >50 minutes??? They just didn’t want to answer the f-ing phone! Had to hang up to make other calls & was back on hold for ANOTHER HOUR!!!! Lazy. Dangerous. Ended up calling a different Walgreens even though the patient goes to this one. Waited 4min total."
