"No they are not nice there! They lie in there reviews 100%! The manager has kicked out two different families I know that used to live over there over very little that could have both been resolved with proper communication. The Manager is excessively rude and the perfect example of a "Karen"! She talks over you and screams if she does not get her way and is very lazy when it comes to doing her job. She is oppressive as can be and threatens the tenants with evictions over everything. The one family told me about there nightmarishly awful neighbors that she refused to help them with and blew it off because it was not her problem. I get why they do inspections to keep the place nice but the few times I have been in the first set of apartments they remind you of a homeless shelter. I understand also that its for families in need but they are treated very poorly and the staff in the office holds the fact there getting help over there heads. My grand daughter currently lives in the apartment right next to the office and I genuinely feel sorry and just wish I could help her out of that nightmare of a place!"

"Nice apartments. Maintenance is okay. Some of the people living there are loud and obnoxious, and a few times in the past 2 months there have been kids running around in diapers without their parents."
