"What a great spot! Stayed here for a weekend getaway with some friends. Charming area, very walkable. Lots of local choices to eat and drink and check out area history. The riverfront is really cool. And a visit to the Fiesta Ware Outlet and the Pear Tree Shop are musts for gifts for the folks back home. The Sturgis House has everything you could need with plenty of space, amazingly comfortable beds, terrific water pressure, and a wonderful front porch for relaxing. Top Notch!"
"I had a great guys weekend away in East Liverpool. Sturgis House is a very cool Victorian B&B. Great feel to the place. They had great local quiche for breakfast. We played the 27 hole disk golf course. Hit some of the local restaurants and took in some local depression-era gangster history. Pear tree bookstore was pretty close and a good spot to pick up some stuff to bring back home to the wife and kids. Looking forward to getting away to this place again and hiking Vondergreen Trail."
"Spent a weekend here with long time friends exploring the town and surrounding area. Great old house, rooms, service and jumping off point. Mostly hit the restaurants, museums and some disc golf."
