"In November 2023, I had two appointments at Ms. Ladrigan's establishment. At the first appointment, the employee assigned to perform the procedure was 30 minutes past my appointed time. She made no mention of her lateness and did not apologize. The employee assigned for my follow up appointment was 25 minutes late. Again, the employee made no mention of her lateness and did not apologize. My primary care provider has a far busier business than Ms. Ladrigan and if he is even ten minutes late (which is rare), he apologizes for keeping me waiting. I asked Ms. Ladrigan's receptionist to telephone me and she chose not to. I attribute the disrespectful and truly ignorant behavior of Ms. Ladrigan and her two employees to arrogance and a lack of good manners. It is their belief that my time is not valuable. That is far from true. If Ms. Ladrigan reads my review, it is likely that she will not respond with a written apology and will not telephone me as I asked. What I expect is a letter signed by Ms. Ladrigan "cancelling" me as a customer. Why? Because she is disrespectful, arrogant, and lacks good manners just like the two employees. In Ms. Ladrigan's response, note that she is sorry for not meeting expectations, but she is NOT sorry for her and her employees' tacky behavior."

"The office is easy to find and has plenty of parking for the location. The front office people are kind and helpful. Dr. Ladrigan was very sweet and helped me up and down from the examination table because my hip was hurting quite a bit. She explained things in a way I can understand and gave me options, working with me as a partner in my healthcare instead of just telling me what's what, which is something I value immensely in a provider. The cost for an examination is very reasonable for a specialist."
